Greg Carr's Experience In The Construction Industry Is Hard To Beat
Outside of Fiji Greg has worked in New Zealand, Australia, Tuvalu and Papua New Guinea on a range of projects in the manufacturing and production sector and within the construction and preventative maintenance industry.
With extensive experience in project management and a background trade as a fitter and turner, specialising in pneumatics and hydraulics Greg is perfectly equipped to assist with all aspects of your project. He also has the skill and connections to create and manage multi-disciplinary teams .

Balaga Boat Yard & Travel Lift (2023 - 2024)
Design and construction project for South Pacific Marine Limited
Airports Fiji Limited (2021-2022)
Development and implementation of the preventative maintenance programme for the staff. Mechanical and operator training for first responders on ARFF Fire Engine maintenance and repair. Logistics and assembly on a new 38 ton bio security incinerator.
South Sea Cruises - Malamala Jetty
Design and construct a project for South Sea Cruises Fiji, of a 130 metre modular main jetty.
Super Yacht Repairs Fiji
Repairs and consultation. Principally for specialist trades such as hydraulics and fault finding , diagnostic issues
EFL - Nadruivata Switch Yard Ground Stabilisation (2021)
The first of its kind in Fiji this design and construction project used screw piles for soil retaining in a very remote location
Vunabaka Marina
Installation and repair of piles and pontoons for residential and commercial areas of the island
Australian TV Show Set Building - Mana Island
We worked with the producers to design and build a removable floating activities platform 80 metres away from the island with a fixed 20 metre high platform
Fiji Roads - Piling in Naranbale , Vanua Levu
We worked with the client and engineer to build a 45 metre modular bridge in the interior of Vanua Levu. The project involved redesigning and building the equipment to travel and perform drilling an installation of the 600 mm piles at a 12 metre depth.
Denarau Marina & Fantasy Island (2003 - 2020)
Works on private and commercial piling and pontoons
Tuvalu Government Building & Sports Ground (2002-2003)
Running barging and logistics for the entirety of the project - over 22 thousand tons of materials and equipment from Fiji to Tuvalu. Overseeing all of the heavy machinery needed for the entire project and managing the fleet and team of mechanics, drivers and operators.
Sofitel Resort , Denarau Island
Worked in conjunction with Northern Projects as a construction manager for precast, piling and landscaping
Mana Island
150 metre long sea wall construction to protect the 'honeymoon' bures. This was a design and construct project which was required due to erosion.
